Madeline teaches introductory courses in the Kinesiology Department related to exercise science and nutrition.

Teaches physiology and other exercise science courses. Research has focused on respiratory physiology, exercise-induced asthma, and supplement use.

Dr. Eikleberry's research and teaching intersect at sport studies and sport history and focus on the structures and ideologies that influence access and experiences in sport and physical activity settings.
Kami Holst, OTD, MOTR/L, CBIS
Teaches foundational courses for first-year occupational therapy doctoral students as well as interventions courses related to neurological rehabilitation.
Julie Jones
Dr. Jones teaches Scholarship I and II and co-teaches OT Process and pediatric content for Interventions I, II, and III. Clinical experience includes Early Intervention (Birth-age 3), and school-based occupational therapy.

Dr. Mac Laughlin teaches applied ethics and philosophy of knowledge. He specializes in healthcare ethics, philosophy and science fiction, game-based learning and the philosophy of Bernard Lonergan.

Dr. Miclot teaches metaphysics and philosophy of peace and justice.
Michele Petersen
Teaches introductory courses in theology and philosophy. Her specialty is in the theology, philosophy, spirituality, and pedagogy of Edith Stein and the religious philosophy of Paul Ricoeur.

Dr. Schwartz teaches several core Exercise Science courses as well as introductory courses. His specialty is in physiological function in the human body and the influence of exercise on health and performance.

Nicholas Voth
Nick Voth teaches many introductory and core courses in the Department of Kinesiology with a specific focus on laboratory courses. He also serves as the Laboratory Coordinator in the department. His primary research and professional interests include applied exercise physiology and sports nutrition as they relate to performance in endurance sports.
